Place the screen glass under the curing lamp, cure it for 100-300 seconds and then laminating the LCD. Curing makes
OCA harder and the laminated screen flatter.
LCD curing
After the screen is laminated and removed bubbles, place it under the curing lamp to cure for 500 seconds.
When the curing is completed, the flatness of the screen is significantly improved and bubbles are prevented from returning to the LCD. Cured OCA can achieve the effect of the original glue, making the screen easier to rework and reducing unnecessary losses during rework.
