1.Welding Pressure adjuster Professional spot welder pressure adjuster. The welding pressure could be adjusted from 300g to 750g.
It is convenient to weld different thickness welding part to obtain good welding spot.
2 .Power switch Press the power switch on the back of spot welder to turn on after connect to the power.
3.Welding / testing switch ,The green switch control the welding part. The yellow switch control ,the testing part.The red light willbe on after press the switch.

4.Releasing pulse could be set.The spot welder is in 2 pulse when no press P button. The spot welder is in 4 pulse when press 4P button.The spot welder is in 6 pulse when press 6P button. The spot welder is in 8 pulse when press 8P button.The spot welder is in 18 pulse when press 4P, 6P and 8P button.
5.Foot pedal switch controlled port ,The welding is more precisely and the welding spot more fasten when the welding is controlled
by foot pedal switch.
6.Foot pedal switch The foot pedal switch need to be connect to spot welder when welding with movable welding pen. And step on the foot pedal switch to control welding output.

1. In order to obtain good weld effect, please don't use the active socket,and should be used the wall socket to ensure stable power supply.
2.Because of the instant welding large current, rated current of tripping device of the leakage protection switch should be up to 40-63A.Lower than 40A will cause tripping.
3.Please set the pressure adjuster to the right parameter to avoid welding effect in not good.
4. Please keep the surface of welding pins clean and wipe off oxide with sand paper.
5. Please keep the welding pin in sharp shape.
6. Please do not worry about the lighting in flash. Spot welder is a high power machine and discharging high current instantaneously. Because this moments in 20ms and itis normal.
