2. Tinned or soldered chips are not available for after-sales.
3. Non-company chips are not available for after-sales. The anti-counterfeiting code on the packaging and the chip SN code can be verified for authenticity through the platform.
4. If the chip is damaged or unrecognizable when received, you can apply for after-sales service, but it must be confirmed by business and after-sales technical support.
